Rockingham Cemetery, Green Township, Randolph County, Indiana home South of Emmetsville at the Mississinewa River on county road 700 west was the location of a village platted by Wm. Merine in 1833 and old-timers have reported seeing the remains of graves in the river banks. 40*16'52.52"N 85*06'43.39"W
